Help with Joining Teams Meetings and Live Events

It has been noted that some invitees have been having difficulty in accessing LIBC Teams Meetings from various devices.

For best results, please make note of the following tips. If you still have issues in connecting, please contact the LIBC Help Desk.

• If you do not have Teams and wish to use a web browser to connect to a Live Event or LIBC Teams Meeting, then you need to use the New Edge or Chrome Browser, no other browsers allow you to connect on the webpage (This only works on PC’s and Laptops).

• If you are trying to connect via an IPad or smartphone then you will not be able to connect via Browser, you MUST download the Teams App appropriate to the Device.
