What is Workforce Development?

Workforce Development refers to the strategies, programs, and initiatives aimed at enhancing the skills, knowledge, and abilities of workers to meet the current and future needs of the labor market.

The primary goal of workforce development is to bridge the gap between the skills possessed by workers and the skills possessed by workers and the skills demanded by employers.
