Harassment/Discrimination Responsibility

All employees are responsible for reporting any allegations of harassing conduct to their supervisor and/or the HR Director. This reporting requirement applies to incidents witnessed by the employee or when an employee is directly informed of an incident. The HR Director or delegate will investigate all complaints regarding harassment in accordance with Section 604, Harassing Conduct In The Workplace.

If employees have concerns about work conditions or compensation, they are strongly encouraged to voice these concerns openly and directly to their supervisors.
